Mark was born in upstate NY but has called The Grand Strand home since 1981.  He graduated cum laude from Wofford College with a double major in Political Science and Sociology.  He is married and has 2 children and a spoiled Jack Russell Terrier.  He has attained the distinguished ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), CCRE (Certified Consultant for Real Estate) and RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist) designations since he began selling real estate in 1996.  He is one of the first 250 Realtors in the United States to obtain the nationally certified RSPS designation, which educates and recognizes those who specialize in resort properties.  He is also the first Realtor in the state of South Carolina to obtain the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation.  His local knowledge, combined with his own personal oceanfront investments, has allowed Mark to specialize in the purchase and sales of oceanfront condominiums and homes.  When not selling real estate full time, you will find Mark spending time with his family on the beach, golfing, playing racquet ball, or boating and canoeing along the ocean and waterways around The Grand Strand.
